Most of these types of surgery can be done under local anaesthetic and mild sedation in
our modern and fully-equipped facility, taking between 2-3 hours, but varying according to
the extend of the surgery.

Patients can go home after the surgery, provided with the necessary medications and
instructions as to when he/she should return for review.

If you are considering of doing this type of surgery, you should plan to take at the very
least one week off work. Most patients usually are able to return to work after 10-14 days.
Exercise or heavy activities should be avoided for about three weeks.
